Welcome!  Meet Tiffany Clark, Top Agent in the Cincinnati Market!

   Tiffany Clark was born and raised in the beautiful Southern Ohio and Northern Kentucky area. She has spent time living in different areas of the states enjoying all the recreation and beauty these states have to offer-making her suited in providing you with a unique perspective of these two states.

       She has earned Real-Life experience in real estate. Owning five homes of her own, buying her first home at the age nineteen. She currently has a real estate investment property with great tenants. Tiffany is experienced in customer service, sales, marketing, and legal agreements. Tiffany remembers the challenges she faced when buying and selling and wants to help make sure her clients do not face the same stress, frustrations that so many buyers/sellers experience today. Either Residential or Commercial real estate, Tiffany will go through the process with her clients every step, insuring that their not alone, and she’s available to answer or provide resources for any questions or concerns along the way. 

      Prior to real estate, Tiffany has been a licensed nurse for the past sixteen years and also licensed advanced management cosmetologist for twenty-three years. This knowledge has provided her with an incredible sense of humor, valuable professional skills, transformed her into an empathetic person, and clearly demonstrates a high interest in helping each individual she comes into contact with and the community. 

        Tiffany has always had a passion for real estate, but was never able to pursue the career, because of being a full time nurse and mother of three. So when the opportunity became available she seized it!

I’m honest, loyal, trustworthy and most importantly, I care! I’m direct, transparent, strong negotiator, and have the ability to keep people and deals on track-calmly and professionally. With that in mind, I take great pride in everything I do, especially when it comes to representing someone else’s interests. I value my character! My passion is helping others, and real estate is another avenue in my life that allows me to do that!” 

        When Tiffany is not assisting her real estate clients, she enjoys spending time with her family and two fur babies (dogs). She spends every morning working out with her husband and gym family at Anchor Fitness. She delights in volunteering, socializing at social events, and is the Vice-President of her local Home Owners Association. Tiffany loves living life to its fullest either by joking and laughing with family and friends, crafting, shopping or by traveling!
